The rest of the afternoon
I went for a cup of tea and a cake served by the museum volunteers in the side entrance of the HAS. The wind was now biting cold and I was glad of my Antarctic weather gear. I alternated between the Hunter and the Phantom as the re-enactors posed and the planes were moved about.
Then against the setting sun.
There was a short spell when everyone either went for tea or had a break to grab some food. I fitted my fish-eye lens and went close up to the two planes.
