The wind had risen again and we were now glad of all the layers of clothes. Walking back down we were buffeted by the wind and grateful to be back inside the car.
Bwlch car park
On the way back to the Red Lion we decided to stop at the bottom of the Bwlch just in case another Hawk came through at the end of the day.
We sat and watched up the valley sheltering from the wind but nothing was flying.
We watched a group of guys leave their motor home in the car park and wlk to the bottom of the Bwlch. Then we realised that they were planning to fly drones. If a Hawk did come through it would be less than 100 feet over our heads and could be compromised by a drone. We shouted over to them a wrning and they left none too happy at our interfernce.
