For the third round I submitted a re-worked image of a stag in silhouette. This was in the Digital Image League at Bracknell Camera Club and again was an open round with two images. In this round, I only submitted one image as I had forgotten the opportunity for a second!
Stag silhouette
This stag was above us on a small hill making his way towards Pen Ponds.
Summary of judge’s comments
… the stag is silhouetted there, he is sufficiently detailed to enable us to pick out the texture of his coat and mane
… I enjoyed the overall feel of that, the range and form of his antler has been well displayed,
… the cloud formation is in this instance quite complementary, it gives us just sufficient detail to reflect the difference in form of the cloud scrape
…yes nicely done
