This morning I received the replacement charger for the Mu Two next generation charger that I backed on Kickstarter in November 2019.
Due to COVID the developers were unable to physically be in China at the manufacturer. Their plan was to go back into production of their original Mu One but that manufacturer was unable to respond in a timely manner.
Instead, they completed the development of a Type C 20W fast charger, that is super small, as a back-up. It is a UK charger only so no interchangeable plugs.
The padded envelope contained a box with the charger along with a USB-C to USB-C cable.
The same physical size as the previous UK Mu Charger but with ramped up power to charge smartphones and tablets super fast. It is claimed to be the smallest 20W USB-C fast charger in the World and of course it is based upon their original award winning fold flat design. It has PD technology and is QC Quick Charge compliant.
The developers took a hit on their bottom line and will be retiring the Mu brand now.
