I was in London to join Brian Lloyd Duckett for one of his “Inspired by Saul Leiter” workshops. Just as the week before I visited the Leake Street tunnel before going to Piccadilly.
As expected the walls had changed and some of the art that I had seen last weekend was now covered in tags.
Olivierr Artist
Olivierr had replaced the art on the opposite wall from last week.
From his Instagram
I painted this today, i quite like it. The typewriter font is a lot easier to do with a spray can than cursive font.
Thank you to my friend @christine_bornagain for the verse suggestion. Original picture by @leilanipangelJohn 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
His other piece was now covered in tags.
On Leake Street
After leaving the tunnel I had a look at the bar that has opened under the station. Just by this large litter bin had been used as an impromptu table and was now covered in rubbish.
After Leake Street I caught the Underground to Piccadilly Circus to join the worksop later that morning.
