Pont Saint-Louis and Ile Saint-Louis
This second bridge links the Ile de la Cite with the Ile Saint-Louis. As a group we again split up to explore both the bridge and the island.
I did a complete circuit of the island but the photographic opportunities were all around the Pont Saint-Louis. This was a grab shot of a passing WWII jeep.
This lady was having a late breakfast with her dog.
As we crossed back over the bridges below us the cafe had a lot of customers enjoying the sunshine and shelter at the side of the river.
As we crossed back over the Quai de L’Hotel de Ville this convoy of police vehicles was a reminder that elsewhere in Paris there were protests taking place.
