I backed these new Ultimate Lens Hoods back in October(!). This was definitely the fastest delivering project that I have ever had on Kickstarter.
From the creator’s updates it was clear that production was well underway and I received my shipping notice on the 22nd of November with a tracking number. I checked the hoods progress to the UK and on the 7th of November they arrived in the UK.
This status then didn’t change and the package was delivered by Royal Mail this morning (the 11th).
Unpacking the ULHs
The hoods came in an outer plastic bag and were protected inside by bubble wrap.
The brown boxes were banged around and at first I couldn’t find the extra clips that I had ordered for the ULHMobile. They were stuffed into the larger box along with both carry bags and the micro-fibre cloths.
