The newest P&O ship, Britannia, has a venue called The Limelight Club where passengers can eat and be entertained. On our recent cruise we were lucky to have the opportunity to see Madeline Bell.
Madeline was accompanied by David Lenker on piano. As well as performing songs by Stevie Wonder and other classics, Madeline performed some of David’s own compositions. Madeline regaled us by answering questions and talking about her career both as a solo artist and starting out as a backing singer.
The performance closed with ‘Melting Pot’.
