Embankment
We left our underground travels at Embankment station. There we met two students, Fardeen and Alexia, who had agreed to be our models for the afternoon.
Alexia walked backwards and forwards under the railway bridge.

We walked along the Embankment to Blackfriars Bridge stopping for poses at the side of a telephone box.

The South Bank
At Blackfriars we left David and crossed over the bridge to the South Bank to make our way to Waterloo.
The tide was out and the “beach” was full.
The railings by the skate park were blocked off by repairs taking place to the pavement. At the side of the park we watched the small skate area,
and further along the spiral concrete steps off the street.
The Saturday food market was in full swing as we headed through to Waterloo.
We had a long wait for our train and I headed down through The Sidings to Leake Street.
