
Oceana then passed close to spit of land. This is the narrowest part of the Bab El Mendeb Strait and then we were in the Red Sea.

We were then catching up a ship ahead of us in the Red Sea.

I did managed to say thank you to the lady who I told is to look out for camels in the back of pick-up trucks in Salalah as she was one of the many passengers out watching the transit.
